10 bw squats
At my own pace
5x10 15kg back squats
Wow heavy af.
No joke.
In 20 minutes
800m row
50 bw squats
40 step ups
30 burpees
10 8kg kettle bell swings (aim was 20)
Good lord. Why did I pay for the month again????
