Workout
Warm up
10 'pogo stick' jumps with a squat
10 pvc stick clean high pulls + 1 clean
3 push ups
3 body weight squats
A few hip openers/shoulder rolls

Each minute on the minute
8x3 15 kg 2 clean high pulls + 1 clean
8x3 modified handstand push ups

As many reps as you can; 5x3minutes with 1 minute rest
3 15 kg power cleans
6 modified push ups
9 body weight squats
* total 10 rounds in 19 minutes (2 full rounds every 3 mins. I almost made it to 3 full rounds in my last set!!)

Elliptical machine: 40 minutes, 3.57 km
