Day 72
Oh crap what is wrong with me? I feel so bipolar though i'm pretty sure i'm not. Emotions are running cray. I literally woke up determined then within 30 minutes my mood dropped sea deep and now i'm suffering from it. I feel like shit.I really NEED to get back into the gym - it's the only way that lifts my mood. And it's so weird because I know that it cures this crappy mood and yet I allow myself to just laze around? It makes no sense... I always question whether this fitness/heath journey is even worth it. |
