Day 122
7 am workoutStrength: backsquats 2x3 42.5kg 3x3 47.5kg WOD: 16 minutes Every 4 minutes, 100m farmers carry 2x16kg KB AMRAP 10 unbroken 6kg wall balls 5 resistance banded C2B Rounds: 6 I'm currently drinking a 1L green smoothie (spinach and banana + protein powder) with little blueberries as "pearls"! It's amazing ehehehe. Anyways it's just one workout today because I want to study at uni maybe from 11am-5pm and see how much work I can get done! Labels: Back Squats, Pull Ups |
