SUNDAY.No exercise :-) Monday! 9:30AM 50 pull ups 400m run 21 65lb thrusters 800m run 21 65lb thrusters 400m run 50 pull ups Time: Not sure.. Less than 40 mins TUESDAY. HANDS ARE SO RIPPED, DEAR LORD. 6am. Strength: Back squats 2x3 60kg 2x2 61kg 1x1 62.5kg Didn't go as heavy as I hoped that that's okay, the percentages were 85, 90 and 92%... WOD: 12 min AMRAP 3 25kg snatch 6 25kg OHS 12 v sit ups (these were hard af??) Rounds: 6 Labels: Back Squats |
