Day 67: What I did today
05:20 | Wake up
07:00 | Crossfit
Workout
Warm up
500m row 2x20 air squats Every 90 seconds for 6 sets 5x 30kg backsquats 3 rounds for time 21x 15kg thrusters 12x kipping knee ups 200m run Time: 14m 20s
07:30 | Breakfast: A whole medium papaya with some carrot and orange juice. Tbh I would have weighed it to then calculate the macros and calories, but i'm trying to get back into a mentality where those figure do not matter.
09:00 | Study: MBLG Lecture 10
11:00 | Break: Instant coffee made with hot water, almond milk, coconut sugar and cocoa powder. 11:10 | Study: MBLG Lecture 11
13:00 | Lunch: Peanut butter oatmeal with fruits, chia seeds and buckinis.
14:00 | Game: League of Legends
15:45 | Snack: Smoothie! 1 frozen banana, 3 dates, heaps of cinnamon and water/ice. & hot chips with salt and sweet chilli sauce (sooo bad for me).
18:00 | Dinner: Bok choy, sugar snap beans and white jasmine rice mmm
20:00 | Snack: Quest bar
22:00 | Sleeeping (hopefully)
Sometimes you just have days were you need to blog for record but you don't feel like writing anything apart from your agenda LOL
